The “We Were Just Joking Friend” is my Bully

I am not sure how I should even handle this situation, there is this girl, let’s call her Emma, cause I don’t want to bully her (lol) by saying her name, but every day she makes so many horrible jokes, where everyone laughs, but it actually hurts. Like sometimes she says “Wow Olivia are you a volcano cause you’re face is erupting with pimples haha!” So then yk, I got self-conscious about my pimples, and started wearing a little makeup and concealer. And then Emma started noticing that I was more confident, even some guys were talking to me, and oh, she hated that. So she started saying “Wow Olivia you wear so much makeup, I could never!!” or “Wow so much makeup, your face is so cakey, speaking of cake, who wants the cake my mom made for us!” Then she proceeds to give everyone cake (boys first obviously!) and when it's my turn I kid you not she lies and says “Olivia you want 3 pieces, BIG BACK, BIG BACK, BIG BACK,” and everyone just starts laughing. UGH I hate her sm! But idk what to do because when I mention it to Emma saying “hey can you stop?” she replies and says “Oh you are just a sensitive girl, i’m joking silly,” then looks at some guy and says “I totally get what you mean by girls are so sensitive, Olivia proves my point, such a cry baby haha.” I’m thinking of telling my mom cause i’m getting pretty hurt, and hate going to school.
